This special Chinese Green Tea is so tightly curled. It looks like tiny roots gnarled, a greenish-gray. When it steeps, it opens the way you woke this morning, stretching, your hands behind your head, back arched, toes pointing, a smile steeped in ceremony, a celebration, the reaching of your arms. A thick, spiral leaf, basket-red. Has a nutty aroma and sweet flavor.

Fresh tea leaves are shaded with dark net 10days before harvest, in order that the leaves grow slower so that contains more nutrition, better flavor and greener in color. The dried tea leaves are further carefully grinded to maintain it’s green color.
